1. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available across most pin codes in India.

3. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.

4. Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Yes, exchanges are available for the same product in a different size, depending on stock availability.

5. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
We’re sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India. We plan to expand internationally soon.

7. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
